This theme sets out to achieve the following

1. Be "reasonably opinionated", bundle features users use and cover some niche ones too.

2. Be decently lightweight, this means no embeds (no fonts, SVGs)

3. Sane defaults

4. Customisable with Style Settings

5. Dim inactive or unfocused UI elements to reduce information overload

6. Bundle numerous callout metadata utilites and cssclasses.
